These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Soliha Guesthouse website and your booking of accommodation with us. By making a booking enquiry or staying with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings

Booking requests made through our website are handled through our booking partner, NightsBridge. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us or NightsBridge. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where accommodation is unavailable or where information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Rates and payment

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Payment terms, including any deposit required to secure your booking, will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

4. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed with your booking. Please let us know in advance if you require an early check-in or late check-out, and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.

5. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation terms or fees will be set out in your booking confirmation. Where a deposit has been paid, refunds are subject to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

Soliha Guesthouse will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Guests use the facilities, including any braai and parking areas, at their own risk.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

9. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
